CLASS XII AISSCE 2021 RESULT St. Paul's International School continued its uninterrupted saga of 100% success in class XII in the AISSCE 2021. Out of 49 students who appeared for 12th Board Exam, 35 have secured above 90 % and all students are marked with distinction. Full A1 is secured by nine students. In the Science stream Miss.Raisa Parvin.N.A stands first with 97.4%. In the Commerce stream Miss. Sana Ann Sabu bagged the first place by securing 97.4 %. Kudos Paulians!

RISE OF SUCCESS AGAIN IN ST. PAUL’S St. Paul’s International School, Kalamassery once again stands with a sense of accomplishment bringing excellent result with cent percent pass in CBSE XII Board Examination 2022-’23. Out of 38 students appeared, 9 procured 90%, 26 won distinction and 3 gained first class. The school topper from Science stream Ms. Husna C. K. with 97.8%, made the school proud by scoring 100 marks in IP and remains as the National topper. Ms. Vaidehi Varma topped Commerce stream with 98.4%. Master Athul S Nair secured 94.4% and holds the third position. Similarly, in class X CBSE Board Examination 2022 – ’23 out of the 61 students appeared 8 students attained full A1, 31 students secured above 90%, 28 scored distinction and 2 won first class. Ms. Karthika Pillai picked up the top most position in class X winning 98.2% The school Management appreciated the excellent performance of the students. The result is the fruit of the relentless and united hard work extended by the teachers and students with the support of parents.

A Special Programme on “Varayum Naatumozhiyum” was conducted at St. Paul’s International School, Kalamassery on 5th December, 2018 (Wednesday) in the school auditorium.
Onam Celebration at St.Paul's International School
St Paul’s International School celebrated Onam in a grand style .The auditorium was richly decorated , the students and teachers all decked in traditional Kerala attire ,entire campus was bubbling with energy .The official function started at 9 am by lighting the ceremonial lamp by the dignitaries .The occasion was graced by The Principal ,Mr George K.V ,the Manager ,Mr Raphael C.C. The Chief Guest was the Malayalam poet ,Mr Shaju Kulathuvayal . Anagha Tom ,of XII B delivered the welcome address. The Principal of the school ,Mr George K.V. delivered the presidential address .He explained the rich heritage of Onam in Kerala and the spirit of oneness among all irrespective of cast, creed and religion . He encouraged the students to share the joy and mirth of Onam with one and all. The Chief Guest of the day, Mr Shaju Kulathuvayal spoke about the traditional festivities of Onam .He stressed on the human values which is the underlying significance of any festival . Onam is a festival of love and mutual bond .He inspired the students to build a better humane society with moral values . The function showcased various rich cultural extravaganza of Kerala like Thiruvathira, Pulikalli ,Skit ,Onapattu and flash mob. A few competitions like “ Payasam making “and “ eating banana “ were also organized as part of the celebration . A grand Pookalam was arranged in the main entrance of the school .Students were given tasty payasam . The function concluded with the national anthem .
GRAFFITI 2017
On 19th October, St. Paul’s International School hosted ‘Graffiti 2017’, a wall painting competition. Almost 40 students illustrated their skills and creativity in the field of graffiti by painting on the walls using multitudinous hues. Dr. Sheela Seth, the Principal of the school inaugurated the wall painting competition, that upheld innovation and noveau ideas as its motto and kept aside the traditional means of rendering art.

Dear friends, I subserviently beseech your time and deliberation on a very cardinal matter. I request you all to spend 5 minutes in reading this article. In our daily life, we have a lot of irons in the fire. Probably biting off slogs more than one can chew due to which we may slip out many germane matters. Such a quandary is the apprehension of WATER. I am pretty sure that many of us are as silent as grave in this regard. But this must be at least sparkle of concern. A vast majority of life on earth is indirectly bound to water. While the supply seems abundant it is not a limitless resource, particularly the fresh portable water which is the most essential for human existence. To be blunt, we might never or perhaps won’t see a treacherous headache due to water scarcity in Kerala for the forthcoming years. Yet the situation is vulnerable in other places. I would like to recall an incident that happened in my life. Once in a remote part of the western central plateau, highly eroded from the ground below, unsmiling and hideous humus Sunrays, brightly speckled and morphing the ancient dry leaves with luminous traits of minuscule salts. From sight, long ago water flowed off these plateau forming the breaches seen on its edges. A desolate land bound in oasis surrounded by extensive sand dunes. Hardly any shrubs or trees in sight, covered in a hostile condition for plants and vegetation that exposes the unprotected surface of ground to denudation. I was highly repulsive bearing a chromatic condition while controrted mammals flew past my legs. A blind day, thanks to the thrust of sunlight. To my wonder I casted my eyes upon two kids virtually approaching their mothers who are inert in a perpetual streak peripheral to a tube well. I could see fatigue in their faces, weary and worn out skin. They were daunted and pale with blanched foot toes in the scorching sunlight. But suddenly I saw their faces turn dismal in the melancholic silhouette of the golden rays as the water stopped poring out of the tube well. The children were in dumps as they grid one's loins to walk miles and miles destined to faint before the dawn. This is not a whimsical incident of the great Sahara or Jordanian deserts. This is a terrifying incident of Jaisalmer in Rajasthan. I was traumatized to find that they completed their daily chores using sand. For them, water is way precious than diamonds. Similarly millions and millions of people in India suffer from proper nutrition and water facilities for their basic chores. Parallel to my experience, women have to walk miles and miles In order to find water. Correspondingly in cities like Bangalore, a family has to pay 15-20 ? to meet their daily water requirements. Almost 25% of population in our country lacks ingress to water. Plus nowadays water bodies have turned out to be privatized and a bailiwick to business people. Despite this , the unfortunate depredations caused by the COVID-19, there has been a succumb in global GDP and it’s likely that this will woefully lead our nation Into a complete recession. Hark back to the harrowing 2007 and 2008. Torturous to say, yet it’s likely to transpire. This’ll worsen the conditions for people in dry regions and especially the poor ones. So this is my kind request, stop wasting water, and let’s put our hands together in saving them. Turn off taps from running and use buckets for daily chores. Start afforestation. A small effort from your side can make a big difference otherwise we’ll be the next to suffer.
